Shipping policy

All products purchased by 12pm will be shipped NEXT business day from date of purchase. Products are shipped with Canada Post and may take 2-8 business days to arrive from shipping date dependant on location of delivery.

All parcels are tracked with a unique tracking number that is emailed to the customer once shipped.

If the customer has chosen a PICK-UP option at checkout, the customer must pick-up the parcel within 14 days of "Ready for Pick-Up" email received. If the parcel is not picked up within 14 days, it will be restocked and NO REFUND. If the items requires shipment and is discussed among business owner of Addyson Kids and agreed upon with customer, an e-transfer must be paid prior to shipment.
